8. Workshop-Specific Terms
Single Workshop Attendance
Registration is for a single specified Session on a specific date. Registration does not carry over to future Sessions; a separate registration is required for each Session attended.
Three-Workshop Course
Registration covers all three sessions in the scheduled course sequence. Sessions must be attended in order. If a participant misses a session, Compass Hours will make reasonable efforts to accommodate attendance at the equivalent session in a subsequent course sequence, subject to availability and at the sole discretion of Compass Hours. No partial refund is available for missed sessions within the course.
Course registration is per individual. The course is not transferable to another person.
Household Retirement Year
Enrolment covers two named participants for the duration of the twelve-month programme. The written annual review is prepared by Compass Hours based on the household's participation in sessions and private facilitator meetings over the programme year; it is a summary of educational content and organisational notes only and does not constitute professional advice of any kind.
The three private facilitator sessions included in this programme are educational and organisational in nature. The facilitator will redirect questions requiring specialist expertise to appropriate professional sources.

The Content is general in nature. It does not take into account your personal financial position, legal circumstances, health situation, tax obligations, or any other individual factors. Participants are responsible for obtaining independent professional advice from suitably qualified persons in relation to their own circumstances. Compass Hours does not endorse, recommend, or refer to any specific professional adviser, financial institution, or legal service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Compass Hours' total aggregate liability to any participant in connection with the Services — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the fees paid by that participant for the specific Session or Programme giving rise to the claim.
Compass Hours shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of income, loss of savings, loss of opportunity, or any financial loss arising from decisions made following attendance at a Session or enrolment in a Programme.
Compass Hours shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement where such failure arises from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, government directives, or other force majeure events. In such circumstances, Compass Hours will make reasonable efforts to reschedule affected Sessions.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Compass Hours, its facilitators, and staff from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of this Agreement, your use of the Services, your violation of any applicable law or regulation, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Termination
You may withdraw from a Session or Programme at any time, subject to the cancellation and refund provisions in Section 7.
Compass Hours may terminate your participation in any Session or Programme immediately and without refund if you breach any provision of this Agreement, or if your conduct is deemed by Compass Hours to be harmful, disruptive, or otherwise incompatible with the educational environment.
